I have been eating at the Great Wall for more than 15 years. They have excellent food. Their portions are huge. I can eat one of their entrees at the restaurant and then take it home and eat it two more times. They also have quite a variety of food, from spicy flavorful food to heart healthy items with no salt or MSG. I work in the food industry and this is the only Chinese Restaurant that I eat at in the Shreveport area.
