Bistro 6301 is a causal, fine-dining restaurant owned by a husband and wife team. Executive Chef and owner, Andre Grosz and his wife, Amy were trained in Paris, France. Relaxed and elegant atmosphere, extensive wine list as well as specialty cocktails. The food is from scratch, contemporary global cuisine. Very eclectic menu, something to satisfy any taste.
