My Dentist!

Dr. Basinger is the best dentist I've ever used. He's kind and very patient to explain what work needs to be done and can show you what he's talking about because he takes closeup pictures of your teeth that you can view on a monitor. I've been a patient for 10 years. I go twice a year and rarely have a cavity, but can honestly say that when I did have to get a shot, it didn't hurt! I also like that Dr. Basinger plays Christian music in his office. The previous reviewer must have called when the regular receptionist was out on maternity leave. I know her baby was due the first week of March. My experience has been that everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I haven't encountered any problems. They've all shown professionalism, yet gone out of their way to put me at ease. I like them all. I recommend Dr. Basinger and his staff to anyone who needs a dentist!

called to make an appointment , answered several questions, then was told if the Dentist needed more info. he would call me back...no call back till next day, and it was the receptionist again, wanted to know when was the last time i saw a Dentist....still no appointment....i felt like I was being the one to get picked as a patient..instead of me picking a Dentist...not happening... I liked the good ole days when the Dentist worked for you...

His staff is fabulous- very frieldly and helpful. Dr. Basinger is thorough and gentle. Everyone seems to genuinely care about me. I recommend this office to everyone I know!
